Secondary Dwellings
Secondary dwellings are built on lots with an existing home.  So, we also offer smaller manufactured homes that are a perfect solution for the first time home buyer, empty nester looking to downsize, in-fill on a vacant lot, or a special place on your property for a secondary dwelling for family members to stay.  Our homes offer better quality control and a shorter completion time than standard building procedures. These are built with the same exacting standards of our full size homes.  Guest cottages are normally one or two bedroom homes with one bathroom.
