When you are ready to choose your floor plan and tour our manufactured home models, you’ll notice something else unique, we call it “livability”.  As we design manufactured homes, we ask questions such as:

  • How can our designs make everyday tasks easier?
  • How will your furniture fit in a logical way?
  • How well does each room flow into the next?
  • How does the manufactured home work for special needs

These are questions we routinely put to the test.  They’re subtle, but at the same time a reflection of our pride in details and our drive to build the finest manufactured homes of distinction. How do we know we’re earning our reputation?  From the only measurement that matters, ask our customers!

We also consider the environment when we build our manufactured, green, solar and off grid homes.  Building green is better for the environment and the homeowners.  Green construction is an idea that is here to stay.  American’s homes use about 25% of all the energy used in the United States and about 75% of the water.  Green construction simply means using smarter building methods and more energy efficient materials to save money and to reduce the impact on the environment.  Our Ferris homes are also Energy Star Rated for the best energy efficiency available today.

The benefits are significant:

  •        Cleaner air inside your manufactured home means a healthier environment for your family
  •        Less waste of materials, helping to keep costs down
  •        Better energy efficiency which can significantly lower your utility bills
