CloseBy Network helps ease caregivers and family members burden by enabling seniors or disabled loved ones to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. The wireless system can be easily installed in your loved ones home, in the caregivers home, a backyard manufactured cottage, granny unit, casita, off-grid or in-law home we can build for you.
The system gathers information about their daily activities and relays it to designated members of the care network so they can remotely monitor their well being. For example, it could tell you how many times Dad got up at night, how active he was during the day, if Mom has taken her medicine, or if the stove has been left on. CloseBy Network uses sensors and software tied to a secure web application to provide real-time information as well as email or text message alerts. You choose what to monitor, who should be sent alerts, and how to receive the information.
Easy To Use And Unobtrusive
This system does not require the elderly to interact with new and unfamiliar technology. Mom and Dad don't have to learn anything new or change their behavior and you get the information when and where you want it, in the way that's best for your lifestyle: via the internet, email or text messaging.
Monitored Only By Trusted Caregivers
Caregivers can control who in the care network see the information, what each one sees and how they receive the alerts. They can even choose or make the information unavailable to their dealer and CloseBy Network support personnel. For example, the primary caregiver or care manager may have access to all system information, but a helping neighbor would only receive an email or text notification if an exterior door was left open or the stove was on too long.
