• An initial meeting with one of our New Home Specialists to:
  • Verify your lot /space size
  • Quote an estimated price that fits within your budget.

• Set up a meeting with our Design Consultant to:
  • Customize your home with the features and functions you’ve always dreamed of, including floor plan and upgrades
  • Determine what size home best fits your lot/space size
  • Send our approved plan to our manufacturer for their review

• Secure Financing – With Ferris Financial Group, Inc., a Clarion Mortgage Corporation Lender in combination with our California Licensed Real Estate Broker, we can offer access to many lenders throughout the United States for your new home financing:
  • Submit loan documents
  • Review of terms and conditions
  • Ferris Financial Group, Inc. locates resources for your financing

• Your new home is ordered
  • All factory home designs and specifications are reviewed for approval
  • Authorize your order

• Installation for your new home
  • You move out of your existing home at this point until the new home has been installed and completed
  • Your old mobile home is removed and your lot is prepared for the new home, meeting all rules and regulations
  • Multi-section homes are checked at the factory to ensure seams and patterns match, final inspection is conducted, and the home is prepared for transportation. The new home arrives at the lot and completion is finalized such as stair steps, landscaping, special decks, etc.
