Transitioning from your old mobile home into one of our beautiful new Ferris Homes manufactured homes is easy.  Just follow our proven plan below to be in your new factory built home in a matter of weeks.

 

  • An initial meeting with one of our New Manufactured Home Specialists to:
    • Verify your lot or space size
    • Quote an estimated price that fits within your manufactured home budget.

 

  • Set up a meeting with our Manufactured Home Design Consultant to:
    • Customize your new factory built home with the features and functions you’ve always dreamed of, including floor plan and upgrades
    • Determine what size pre fab home best fits your lot or space size
    • Send out the approved plan to our factory built homes manufacturer for their review

 

  • Secure Financing – With Ferris Financial Group, Inc., Jack Ferris is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, has a NMLS  ID  #217173   ID  #518885 lenders license as well as he is a Cal Vet Certified Lender to help you with your new pre fab home financing:
      • Submit loan documents
      • Review of terms and conditions
      • Ferris Financial Group, Inc. locates resources for your financing of your new manufactured home
  • Your new pre fab home is ordered:
    • All factory manufactured home designs and specifications are reviewed for approval
    • Authorize your manufactured home order

 

  • Installation for your new manufactured home:
    • You move out of your existing mobile home at this point until the new manufactured home has been installed and completed
    • Your old mobile home is removed and your lot or space is prepared for the new manufactured home, meeting all rules and regulations
    • Multi-section manufactured homes (doublewide, triplewide, etc.) are checked at the factory to ensure seams and patterns match, final inspection is conducted, and the new factory built home is prepared for transportation. The new factory built home arrives at the lot or space and completion is finalized such as stair steps, landscaping, special decks, etc.
    • Your new manufactured home is now ready for you
