- Send out the approved plan to our factory built homes manufacturer for their review

- All factory manufactured home designs and specifications are reviewed for approval
- Authorize your manufactured home order

Installation for your new manufactured home:
- You move out of your existing mobile home at this point until the new manufactured home has been installed and completed
- Your old mobile home is removed and your lot or space is prepared for the new manufactured home, meeting all rules and regulations
- Multi-section manufactured homes (doublewide, triplewide, etc.) are checked at the factory to ensure seams and patterns match, final inspection is conducted, and the new factory built home is prepared for transportation. The new factory built home arrives at the lot or space and completion is finalized such as stair steps, landscaping, special decks, etc.
