Secondary Dwellings

Secondary dwellings such as casitas, backyard cottages and studios are built on lots with an existing home.  So, we also offer smaller manufactured homes that are a perfect solution for the first time home buyer, empty nester looking to downsize, in-fill on a vacant lot, or a special place like a backyard cottage on your property for a secondary dwelling for family members to stay. Our manufactured homes offer better quality control and a shorter completion time than standard building procedures. Our factory built homes are constructed with the same exacting standards of our full size manufactured homes. Manufactured guest cottages are normally one or two bedroom homes with one bathroom.
